My Quest for Greatness

From my morning window, the first glimpse of light brings new opportunities.

Life is good.

But I’m on a quest for a life better than good.

While on this journey in the pursuit of true happiness, I look to heaven and know where the answer lies. It is my God who wakens me each morning with purpose.

My quest for greatness lies in Him.

  6. True happiness comes when we can let go of our self interest. That includes not relying on Him ( or Her ) to make us happy. That’s trying to find a scapegoat when we are not happy.

    1. Totally agree. I seem to find happiness when I’m focused on others needs rather than my own. Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks so much! 🙂

    1. So true, Tony! I used to torture myself waiting for that certain moment to come but now… I just focus on the now and let the future come as it may. The older I get the more patient I seem to become. Not sure why…but thankful for it just the same. Have a great day. 🙂
